How do I install the OttoRelay extension?

Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for "OttoRelay," and click "Add to Chrome." Once installed, navigate to relay.amazon.com and the extension will activate automatically.

Which browsers are supported?

OttoRelay is built for Google Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc). Firefox and Safari are not supported at this time.

How do I set up load filters?

Open the OttoRelay loadboard panel on relay.amazon.com. Use the filter bar to set origin/destination states, minimum rate, deadhead miles, and more. Filters are saved automatically.

How does one-click booking work?

When you see a load you want, click the Book button in the OttoRelay panel. The extension will submit the booking through Amazon Relay on your behalf. You must be signed in to both OttoRelay and Amazon Relay.

Can I get Telegram notifications?

Yes. Go to Settings in the extension, connect your Telegram account, and configure which loads trigger alerts. Notifications are delivered through our backend — no direct Telegram access is needed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your OttoRelay Dashboard → Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel plan." Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. Enter your email and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All traffic is encrypted with TLS, tokens are stored in Chrome's secure storage, and we never sell or share your data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
